Podcast | Owned Media Strategy
In search of expanding beyond current owned media channels, I proposed to create a podcast series, focused on long-form and expert-driven discussion on topics previously covered by Project Taiwan's organic social posts.
I kickstarted the podcast series with a cross-departmental team, and I subsequently produced, hosted, and edited two episodes on U.S.-Taiwan relations (see embedded). From this, we were able to drive 45% in unique website visitors.
